Rifle Courses and Certifications

The NRA’s Basic of Rifle Shooting (BORS) course is a fundamental building block to train the novice shooter the basics in firearm safety, firearm nomenclature, firearm maintenance, ammunition basics and most importantly, how to shoot at a target and hit what and where you’re trying to hit.

This six day course conducted in the field environment will take you through establishing a patrol base, movement techniques, basic battle drills, reconnaissance skills, camouflage essentials, and mid- to long-range engagements.
