Who is Shauna Queen Heitman

Shauna Queen Heitman was raised by a Vietnam veteran who embodied the 2nd amendment. He was never seen about town without his six-shooter on his hip. Though she learned to shoot early with a bb gun and a .22 rifle, as a tender 10-year-old she decided prairie dogs were too cute for target practice. Later in life she came to understand the value of self defense and realized she wanted to teach those skills to others.

She finally started going to the range regularly outside of her parents’ occasional visits at the invitation by her then co-worker Brian (now her husband!). Conversations with a domestic violence survivor led her to get certified as an instructor so she can equip women with confidence and courage to protect themselves and those they love.
