3. Fundamentals of safe firearms handling

4. How to hold a pistol properly

5. How to aim properly

6. Knowing the Texas laws about carrying a firearm

7. Proper mindset for carrying and using a firearm.

Age restriction: Must be 16 years old to take the course, but
18 years old in order to apply for a Texas LTC**
Cost for the course: $500 (only $100/day - a bargain!)*

Want to save a buck and some time? Take the classroom portion of the
LTC Course online for $49 prior to enrolling.
$50 will be taken off the course total!
That also means the final classroom day is optional for you.
Students are responsible for purchasing the ammunition they
will use at the range. If the student does not have a personal
firearm, they will learn using a .22LR pistol and  ammunition..

for a $75 fee.

Meals and snacks are not provided but may be eaten in class;
all trash must be removed at the end of the day.

**LTC Classroom instruction certificate of completion is good for 2 years from the class date printed on it, so anyone 16 years +1 day old on the date the class concludes will still be able to apply based upon this criterion.
